operator baking
Our products/system may not be able to install, in case it does not comply with safety regulation in the country where the oven will be delivered, or in case we found any danger elements at the site. Please take note above in advance.
One touch auto ignition unit
Celling heaters, upper infrared heaters, lower infrared heaters, and bar heaters are sequentially ignite just pushing “auto ignition switch”. The system selecting heaters to be used in accordance with each baked product.
Oven furnace temperature adjustment system
The system controls suitable oven furnace temperature and its curve. The operator can set degree of gas valve open/close and target temperature of the banners by each ingredient combination by recipe register screen.
Ingredient tray cover open/close system with mixing function
It is able to be heat shielding and mixing at each time tray cover moves combining actuator and ingredient tray cover with mixing tool. The manual mixing spatula is not necessary, and the ingredient can be kept in uniform condition.
Automatically ingredient supply pump
This pump supplies ingredient automatically by piston method, which has less cause of damage to ingredient, and it gives the circumstance can concentrate baking process. Also this pump has alarm function for full level of ingredient tray in order to avoid ingredient over flow.

4 stepsbefore delivery
We would like users to implement our business model with his/her confidence not only for the no operator baking system, but also for taste of Baumkuchen baked.
We recommend that baking test twice, once at our laboratory before purchasing oven, and once more at customer’s place the oven installed.
After the contract made, we ask customer to send us usual materials and ingredient preparation process flow. Then we try test baking at our laboratory
Necessary time frame : approximately 2 weeks to 1 month
※It depends number of materials for ingredient and our company’s schedule.

We send Baumkuchen baked at the 1st step to customer. And customer tastes it and studies whether proceeding next step or not.

Customer to see actual ingredients preparation and baking process as training.

This is the test in customer site circumstances. The test is done by customer observing our staff.
