Freyja × no operator baking system=BEST FREYJA

After preparation of the ingredient, the necessary work for the operator is
only attaching/detaching baking sticks, combining the Freyja and no operator baking system,
which releases operator’s hands except attaching/detaching baking sticks. 
Freyja can bake good quality Baumkuchen by 1/2 time comparing previous oven.

Further, we have improved oven mechanism to make baking sticks
attaching/detaching process easier.

This oven (BEST FREYJA) can be used any staff, and everyone can enjoy using it.
Even it is automatic baking system, it makes good products looking
and good taste as if the products were made by manual baking.

4 points to realize no
operator baking

Our products/system may not be able to install, in case it does not comply with safety regulation in the country where the oven will be delivered, or in case we found any danger elements at the site. Please take note above in advance.

One touch auto ignition unit

Celling heaters, upper infrared heaters, lower infrared heaters, and bar heaters are sequentially ignite just pushing “auto ignition switch”. The system selecting heaters to be used in accordance with each baked product.

Oven furnace temperature adjustment system

The system controls suitable oven furnace temperature and its curve. The operator can set degree of gas valve open/close and target temperature of the banners by each ingredient combination by recipe register screen.

Ingredient tray cover open/close system with mixing function

It is able to be heat shielding and mixing at each time tray cover moves combining actuator and ingredient tray cover with mixing tool. The manual mixing spatula is not necessary, and the ingredient can be kept in uniform condition.

Automatically ingredient supply pump

This pump supplies ingredient automatically by piston method, which has less cause of damage to ingredient, and it gives the circumstance can concentrate baking process. Also this pump has alarm function for full level of ingredient tray in order to avoid ingredient over flow.

Now the Baumkuchen can be baked almost no operator

We would like users to implement our business model with his/her confidence not only for the no operator baking system, but also for taste of Baumkuchen baked.
We recommend that baking test twice, once at our laboratory before purchasing oven, and once more at customer’s place the oven installed.

After the contract made, we ask customer to send us usual materials and ingredient preparation process flow. Then we try test baking at our laboratory

This is the test in customer site circumstances. The test is done by customer observing our staff.
Necessary time frame : 3 – 5 days

※Customer needs to make non-disclosure agreement with Fuji Shokai in order to disclose materials for ingredients, preparation process and recipe.

※Even if the customer is not convenient to disclose their own recipe, we can arrange test baking as below. We ask customer to bring all necessary materials to Fuji Shokai, and test ingredient preparation using our mixer, then baking test.
Starting baking test by customer’s usual baking conditions, and customer to experience the process to find own temperature curve and baking time. Then customer should be convinced the function of BEST FREYJA.
